End of the Year Donations
Paws in the Air to the employees of King’s Quality Restoration Services. They collected food, litter, toys and cleaning supplies for the Fabulous Felines of APA and donated them on behalf of the owners of the company. The employees are inspired by the owners “because they give back to others.” The Kings recently adopted the amazing Lt. Dan. We really appreciate your kindness. Thanks for thinking of us.
Thanks to Simon Berry, a ninth grader at the Community Montessori School for his holiday donations. The school encourages their students to give back to the community. Because of COVID, we aren’t able to have outside volunteers at the shelter so we asked Simon to donate goods for the kitties. Learn more on our Volunteer page. Thank you for your generosity!
All of APA’s medical and maintenance expenses for our furry friends are covered by donations, proceeds from our thrift store, Purr-fect Treasures, and fundraisers. Have Kroger donate for you!
Do you want to help animals with no extra cost out of your pocket? Well, if you have a Kroger Plus card, you can sign up for the Community Rewards program at: krogercommunityrewards.com and select Animal Protection Association (Organization number CP509). If you have not set up an online account with Kroger, you will need to first set up your account. There is no cost to you, and it is a simple process to complete.
Once your online account is established, and you have selected Animal Protection Association as your organization, every time you shop at Kroger, or Jay C Food Store and use your Kroger Plus card, a monetary contribution will be made to our organization.
Have you ever shopped online with Amazon?
If you answered ‘Yes’, then we have another way for you to help the kitties of APA with no extra cost to you. First, you will need to type in: smile.amazon.com into your web browser. Next, log into your Amazon account. Next, type in: Animals Protection Association Inc in the search box for organizations. Select this as your organization and you are all set. The next time you shop on Amazon, just remember to type in smile.amazon.com and any items you purchase which are eligible for the Amazon Smile donation will result in a monetary donation to our organization.
